This site is managed by the Association of Citizens for Democracy and Civic Education “Civil Initiatives” (hereinafter: Citizens’ Initiatives) whose registration number is 17230280 and the address of its headquarters is Kneza Miloša 4, 11000 Belgrade.

What data do we collect?
Civic initiatives collect personal data through the contact form on this site. The data that is collected on that occasion is limited only to the data that is necessary for the realization of assistance in the event that the beneficiaries are faced with a strategic lawsuit against the participation of the public. Contact forms include:
- Report a SLAPP – a form through which we collect the personal data necessary to analyze all aspects of the lawsuit the user is facing, including the personal data necessary to contact those affected by the lawsuit, and
- Contact form – a form through which the personal data necessary to establish contact with the user who wants to get in touch with Civic Initiatives is entered.
Citizen initiatives also use Google Analytics. The information we collect through this tool does not relate to personal data nor can it reveal any personal data. The purpose of this collection is solely and solely for the purpose of obtaining analytical data on website traffic.
Legal basis
The legal basis for data processing is the user’s consent. It is considered that the user has agreed to the processing of personal data by sending data through the contact form.

You can also access third party websites through this website. Please note that third party websites have their own privacy policies. We have no influence and therefore no responsibility for the content and privacy policies of those third-party websites.
Do we share your data with third parties?
We will transfer your data to third parties only in the case of realization of assistance in the event that users are faced with a strategic lawsuit against public participation. Data collected directly will be made available to members of the National Anti-SLAPP Task Force. In the event that it becomes necessary to share your information with persons outside the membership of the National Anti-SLAPP Task Force, this will be done only after obtaining your specific approval.
Do we export your data from the Republic of Serbia?
Your data will not be transferred to any person outside the Republic of Serbia. Data visible in the SLAPP database will be available to the public outside the Republic of Serbia, but only with the express consent of the person to whom the data refers.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We store your personal data for as long as the purpose for which it was collected lasts. In the event that your personal information is entered into a SLAPP database that is publicly available, the information will be available for as long as the database needs to exist.
Processing of personal data in the case of persons under 15 years of age
Processing personal data of persons under the age of 15 without the consent of parents/guardians is prohibited by law. If it happens that such processing does occur, Citizen Initiative will stop it immediately upon learning that it has occurred.
Your rights in case of processing of personal data
Right of access – Everyone has the right to obtain confirmation of whether their personal data is being processed, as well as access to that data and information about the purpose of processing, categories of data, recipients, etc.
Right to rectification – Everyone has the right to request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to erasure – Anyone can request the erasure of their personal data when they are no longer necessary, withdraw consent or if the data has been processed unlawfully.
Right to restriction of processing – Anyone can request restriction of processing of their data in certain situations, e.g. when they dispute the accuracy of the data or when the data is processed illegally.
Right to data portability – Everyone has the right to receive their personal data in a structured, common and machine-readable form and have the right to transfer it to another controller.
Right to object – Anyone can object to the processing of their personal data in certain circumstances, e.g. when data is processed for direct marketing purposes.
Rights related to automated decision-making – Everyone has the right not to be subject to automated decision-making that may have legal consequences or significantly affect them.
Right to be notified of a data breach – In the event of a breach of personal data, the data controller is obliged to notify individuals of that breach.
The right to be informed about the enforcement of rights – The data controller is obliged to provide information about the measures taken in relation to the requests of individuals related to their rights.
The right to file a complaint – Everyone has the right to file a complaint with the competent authority for the protection of personal data if they believe that their rights have been violated.
Right to fair treatment – Individuals have the right to fair and transparent treatment in relation to the processing of their personal data.
The right to protection against discrimination – The law stipulates that personal data cannot be used to discriminate against individuals.
